My experience

I work with a different range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-acceptance. I work successfully with both adult and adolescent clients using CT and REBT techniques as I help them identify unhealthy thinking patterns and emotions that affect their behaviour. In addition to my private practice, my experience encompasses volunteer work at numerous charities, as well as supervised volunteer counselling carried out at Cambridge Regional College for a number of years. I have also held various workshops for businesses, the NHS and Cambridge University focusing on mindfulness and stress reduction.  As an integrative psychotherapist, I offer space to help my clients explore their thoughts, relationships, values, emotions, and behaviour. My integrative therapeutic orientation is influenced by Person-centred, and Cognitive therapy approaches.
